Meet the Founder
Christina Garrity PT, DPT, NCS
Dr. Christina Garrity is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with a mission to provide fast and easy access to high-quality, specialized care for individuals suffering from dizziness and neurological conditions. With over a decade of experience treating complex neurologic disorders in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings, she has seen firsthand the profound impact of research-based practices in promoting neuroplasticity and supporting recovery.
As a neurologic clinical specialist, Dr. Garrity excels in treating conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and a variety of balance disorders.
In 2022, Dr. Garrity founded Labyrinth Physical Therapy with the goal of breaking down the barriers she encountered in the traditional healthcare system. She envisioned a practice that offers direct access to patient-centered care, empowering individuals to take control of their recovery journey.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Garrity is deeply committed to advancing the field. She teaches continuing education courses, serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Dayton’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, and conducts research in chronic stroke rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Cincinnati.
Elevating Clinical Practice
The physical therapists at Labyrinth Physical Therapy & Wellness are highly trained and specialized in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. Each team member has completed advanced vestibular competency training at Emory University, as well as additional specialized coursework in vestibular and concussion management through the University of Pittsburgh. With years of clinical experience, ongoing professional development, and a passion for teaching, our therapists excel in delivering effective treatments and are actively involved in educating other healthcare professionals across the country.

Personal History
Dr. Garrity is a Dayton native who returned to her hometown to pursue her career in physical therapy. She and her husband are the proud parents of three lively children who keep life full of joy and surprises. When she's not working, Dr. Garrity enjoys spending time outdoors, with a particular love for vacationing in the nation's stunning National Parks. She also has a creative side, indulging in portrait photography and painting. A former college soccer player, she now enjoys playing backyard baseball, basketball, and soccer with her kids.
