Our mission is to deliver research-driven physical therapy and exercise programming that restores function, empowers through education, and renews quality of life. We strive to create a compassionate, welcoming environment—free of unnecessary barriers—where every patient feels supported to achieve their goals and thrive.
Expert, one-on-one physical therapy built around you—not insurance limitations. We specialize in dizziness, balance, concussion, and neurological rehabilitation, using a science-driven approach to identify the source of your symptoms, personalize your care, and help you recover as efficiently as possible. We spend our time on you — listening, assessing, and treating.
For individuals who have been treated for their condition at Labyrinth PT within the past 6 months.
An expert-led fitness and wellness program focused on intensity and personalized training to build strength, balance, endurance, and confidence in movement. These one-hour sessions combine progressive strength work, walking and endurance training, and dual-task challenges to help you move better, think sharper, and do more than you thought possible.
Labyrinth Physical Therapy & Wellness is not enrolled as a Medicare provider. Under current Medicare rules, physical therapists cannot accept private payment from Medicare beneficiaries for services that are covered, or may be covered, as outpatient physical therapy. Because of these restrictions, we are unable to provide private-pay physical therapy services to individuals with Medicare. Similar restrictions may apply to Medicare Advantage plans.
We understand that this limits patients’ ability to choose and privately pay for their preferred physical therapist. We are supporting legislative efforts to give Medicare beneficiaries greater freedom of choice.
Stronger Every Step Fitness Program
Stronger Every Step is a fitness and wellness program, not physical therapy or medical treatment, and is not billed to Medicare. Individuals with Medicare are welcome to participate when the program is appropriate for their general fitness, strength, balance, and mobility goals.

Do you feel dizzy, off-balance, unsteady, or disoriented—especially when walking, turning your head, looking around, or moving through busy environments? Does lying down, rolling over in bed, bending forward, or looking up make the room spin?
Whether your dizziness is constant, comes and goes, or is triggered by certain movements, an evaluation with a vestibular physical therapist can help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms.
At Labyrinth Physical Therapy & Wellness, our dizziness specialists perform a comprehensive evaluation of your eye movements, inner-ear balance system, coordination, walking, and balance. You do not always need to wait for a physician appointment before being evaluated. We can assess your symptoms, begin appropriate treatment, and communicate our findings with your healthcare provider when needed.
If dizziness has lasted more than a few days, keeps returning, or is triggered by head or body movement, schedule an evaluation with a vestibular physical therapist.

Concussions can lead to headaches, dizziness, neck pain, difficulty focusing, and a range of other complications that can interfere with daily life. If your symptoms persist for more than 10 days, it's important to be evaluated by a vestibular physical therapist for a comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment plan. Modern concussion management goes beyond the old advice of simply "rest until you feel better." We can help you take a proactive approach to your recovery, so you can return to work, school, or your favorite activities more quickly and safely.

We understand that exercising can feel challenging when you are managing dizziness, balance problems, changes related to aging, or a neurological condition. Going to the gym may feel intimidating, especially when you are unsure where to begin or which exercises are safe and effective for you.
Our personalized, one-on-one exercise program provides expert guidance through a challenging, hands-on program tailored to your abilities and goals. Together, we will work to improve strength, balance, endurance, mobility, and confidence using evidence-based exercises designed to help you move better and stay active.
Whether you are recovering from a neurological injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply want to remain strong and independent as you age, we are here to help you make meaningful and lasting progress.
