Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist & Founder
Dr. Garrity founded Labyrinth Physical Therapy to break down barriers to specialized vestibular and neurologic care making recovery faster, easier, and more accessible. With over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, she specializes in vestibular disorders, stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders.
She is passionate about offering a new way of care for people with chronic dizziness neurological injuries and disorders—one that supports long-term improvements and wellness. At Labyrinth Physical Therapy, recovery isn’t limited by insurance rules. Instead, patients decide how much therapy they need, giving them the power to take charge of their recovery.

Dr. Mclean is dedicated to helping individuals overcome dizziness and regain confidence in their balance and movement. With advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, he specializes in treating conditions such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis, post-concussion dizziness, and chronic imbalance.
His goal is to help patients understand their symptoms, recover faster, and return to the activities they love without fear or limitation. He believes that with the right care and education, dizziness doesn’t have to control your life—empowering each person to move, think, and feel steady again.

All our physical therapists at Labyrinth Physical Therapy & Wellness are highly trained specialists in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. Each team member has completed advanced vestibular competency training at Emory University and additional specialized coursework in vestibular and concussion management through the University of Pittsburgh. With years of clinical experience, a commitment to professional growth, and a passion for teaching, our therapists deliver effective, evidence-based care and actively educate healthcare professionals across the country.
